Information regarding a credit due to a cancellation from COVID-19
In order to receive a credit please fill out the attached form. You will need to provide your school's tour code which is a 5 digit numerical code. Once the form has been completed and your school's file has been processed you will receive confirmation of the credit in the form of an email. Please use the email associated with your Brightspark Tour account if you signed up via our online portal. The email will also provide instructions on how to redeem the credit or transfer it to another person.
Please note that due to the volume of requests we are processing credits by the scheduled date of departure of each tour and you can expect the confirmation email in 8-12 weeks.
